Wall Art from The Foundry by Lisa Weedn

After finding Emerson Made and reading through their blog I then stumbled across The Foundry. I immediately signed up and today made my first purchase, a Lisa Weedn wooden wall art that I just couldn't resist. There were a couple of others I really liked as well but they were sold out so I thought I would browse around online and see if I could find them, I didn't.

BUT I did find this one on Lisa's own website. I have had a thing for giraffe's for as long as I can remember and it grew whilst living in Africa (not that I saw a giraffe at all while I was there as I was on a small island, but anyway). This wooden wall art is devine, the colors, the motto, the whole thing. I haven't been able to find anywhere to purchase it but I'll keep looking.

It's still a few weeks away so I'll let you know if its as good as it looks when it arrives!

Emerson Made - A beautiful label

I found a new fashion label through a friend on Facebook the other day and I just had to share it with you. Emerson Made. There are so many amazing pieces on the website that I looked at every item! Not only did I spend way too much money I also took away some great ideas on how to put an outfit together, and a few new hair styling ideas. So be sure to check them out at http://www.emersonmade.com/

Here are a few of my favourites

What's the time?

Or should I say a quelle heure?

With the renovations getting closer and the details nearly sorted I am looking ahead to when its all done and I can start thinking about decorating. I have been after a clock for awhile now but haven''t had anywhere to put one, when the new kitchen goes in there will be a wall perfect for a clock. So I'm on the lookout and whilst I haven't found exactly what I am looking for yet I do like this one from Blink Designs - I have always been a but of a francophile, pity its not quite the right color......
